Bummier free samples abound at A&S plaza near Penn Station. The food court in the basement has like 15 fast food spots that always have samples out. You can walk in one big circle and hit them all. By the time you’ve been to them all they should have a fresh plate out at the first spot, and you can start again. … At least it was like this a couple years ago…
