I would like to offer a sincere and thorough thank you to everyone who pre-ordered the CD. I tried to include as much bonus stuff as possible in every package. And with each trip I took to the post office over the last two weeks I felt profoundly grateful to be here and to be doing what I love. Thank you for that.
