Search Engine Chum With Your Host Susan Z. Anthony

3 November 2010

Here’s something that Susan Z. Anthony likes to do: Play with search engines and send her friends the amusing results.

I actually took this picture somewhere on a street in Brooklyn last year, and forgot about it until I was looking for something to send Baje.

THIS is the real find…

All artists on this label will have to prove themselves in this manner from this day forth.

Yes,
Susan Z. Anthony

IMPOSSIBLE NOTHING – Bananas

29 October 2010

The homie Impossible Nothing aka Darwin Frost aka Dr. Shennanigans aka The Jarobi Of Junk Science recently put the finishing touches on this fresh lil beat tape.

Bananas is a “100 BPM symphony in two parts”, a mission statement of “Maximalism”, and it makes me want to rap.

Check out the music, and download the entire 12-song project for FREE!

From Brooklyn To Bristol

28 October 2010

A couple of weeks ago we (Tone Tank, Susan Z. Anthony, and Baje) did a show in Philly, stayed at my cousin’s house in Bristol, PA and hit the Columbus Flea Market in New Jersey. It went something like this:

Tone Tank and the ladys of Mazzanti's
Isolina and Irma at Mazzanti’s Market, home of the best italian hoagies. One $16 hoagie is all the food you need for a weekend.

Fubu Scarecrow
Even the scarecrow pirates be rocking FUBU out here. Weird place.
